Lovely room and comfy bed, great location

Fresh water daily would’ve been nice or water as an option in the downstairs drinks area. Did think it would be more staffed and more a bar area with staff serving. You had to be quite self sufficient but next door at the Metropolitan was helpful

The check in was a little bumpy - we hadn't gotten the memo that the late check in was via the hotel next door, so there were a few very confused, panicked moments when we showed up and discovered the door was locked and there was nobody at reception. But once we got that sorted the rest of the stay was great!
