"Ottimo alloggio a Cusco"

Struttura molto accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è composta da yogurt con cereali, frutta e uova.

La porta di ingresso ad oggi è in lavorazione ma per il resto è stato molto bello.

No tengo nada que destacar del alojamiento.

Se indicó que el recojo al aeropuerto era gratuito pero luego el personal del hotel quería cobrarme indicando si que si por Booking indicaron que era gratuito, solo a Booking podía reclamar. También sobre el desayuno si bien dice que es desayuno incluido en las fotos que colocan por Booking parece un desayuno buffet sin embargo era un desayuno continental. Deben corregir eso para evitar falsas expectativas del hotel.

Camas grandes e muito confortáveis, travesseiro bons, banheiro limpo e ótima localização, café da manhã simples mas muito gostoso. A equipe muito atenciosa.

O hotel tem uma sinalização de que esteve fechado pelo governo e muitas avaliações no Google eram negativas. Fiquei com receio sobre a questão, mas correu tudo bem. De fato eles estão realizando reformas e melhorias, durante o horário comercial. Mas não tivemos problemas com nada.
