Villa D'Uma

May and the staff were amazing, making sure we were comfortable and the place was clean every day. May in particular went above and beyond, organising drivers and trips for us to take. The breakfast was luxury and made the out of the way location manageable.

Was a wee but far away from the main UBUD centre, but this didn’t affect our stay at all. My children struggled with the outdoor bathroom due to lizard/ants/wasps accessing etc.

La seva ubicació, estàs envoltat de natura, la bona educació i atenció del personal, el jardí amb la piscina i que disposin de mosquitera pel llit.

Has d'accedir a l'allotjament amb moto, ja que els cotxes no tenen espai per passar-hi. Ens hagués agradat que hi hagués més aigua calenta, s'acabava abans que 1 persona es pogués dutxar. Per últim, el lavabo era molt bonic, però al tenir una part destapada al sostre fa que entrin animals.

前の道が細くて徒歩かバイクしか無理だった。最初に看板とかも少なくたどり着くのが心配だったが、前まで行くとスタッフが笑顔で迎えてくださいました。部屋は快適。静かでよい。広いし。テラスにある神棚のようなものに毎日お供えしてあるなどバリらしさが感じられた。市街地までも歩けるが、バイクや車が多いのでグラブをお勧めします。設備も雰囲気も写真より良かった。周りは素朴。

場所が最初はわかりにくくて心配。グラブで近くのタクシー乗り場まで行った。説明に、車の場合は、タクシー乗り場を目指すように書いてあるなどしてあるとありがたい。タイガー寿司をポイントにしてグラブをよぶとよい。

The staffs (Budi and May) were very kind to change my bedsheets and towels to natural ones without parfums or synthetic detergents smell. So I really appreciate that as I am allergic to scents. Breakfasts were thoughtfully made and catered to your preferences. Staffs are helpful and kind.

The pool is chlorinated. It doesn’t work for me after swimming in it once. Definitely keeping the doors closed will keep the mosquitos out.

We said here for 4 nights, was a 500m walk to the nearest taxi pickup point, breakfast was good, the facilities were nice but we got bed bugs from this hotel.

We got bed bugs from the hotel. We told the staff after going to the pharmacy and they said it’s because we choice not to have the room cleaned everyday. At home I don’t wash my sheets daily so just be careful as now dealing with bites and scratchy skin the rest of our holiday and having to clean everything

We loved staying at Villa D'Uma. The staff were always friendly. We arrived quite late (after check-in time), and the staff ensured they were available to collect us from the car park and take us on the scooters. We ordered our breakfast every evening for the following morning from the 6 options available - the 3 we tried were delicious. We were mesmerised with the room when we arrived. It had everything we had hoped for, and the aircon was already on, which was a bonus. With the shower being an open shower, there were a couple of small lizards, but they caused us no issues and scurried off when the shower was turned on.

We loved everything about the Villa, and this was not an issue for us but worth considering. The villa is not accessible by car but is less than a 10 minute walk to the road, or the staff will take you on the back of a scooter - which we enjoyed as a unique part of the accommodation.
