Rusutsu Pension Clydesdale

The property was absolutely stunning, very warm, cosy and comfortable. The staff were amazing greeting us every morning for shuttle pick ups and providing a beautiful breakfast and dinner. Everything you could think of was there and was truly an amazing experience we loved every moment of this stay.

They cleaned the snow off our car every night and were so good about shoveling the parking lot. Our trailer was nice, quiet, warm, roomy and very clean with a washer and a dryer.

We stayed in one of the snowpod, almost got everything you need. The shuttle ride is convenient.

One downside is no bathtub.

We had a wonderful skiing experience in Rusutsu. The accommodations were surprisingly comfortable and clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

This hotel/pension would easily be the nicest place I have stayed in years if not my life. The staff were so helpful in every way, they gave us lifts everywhere “with limits” to where we wanted to go. We would finish our day on the snow, send them a message to pick us up & they would be there within 5min. We could not have asked for more. The rooms were clean, breakfast was just perfect not too much but just enough to start your day. The personal hot tubs was also not to be missed after a day on the slops. Great place.

Their shower room comes with an individual size bath tub. It is like having your personal public bath.

The property had a drying room which was amazing after long days at the snow and something we weren’t sure was going to be available The shuttle service to and from the resort was a life saver
