Acintur Apartment Levante Beach-Old Town

Office procedures okay and pleasant staff.

It was ataxi ride across the town to collect and return the keys. Also the key deposit of 200 euros has still not been returned (or kept) after one week reserved on my current account.

The location was lovely but the apartment was a little too expensive for the price.

It was very challenging to find the parking in the first place. You have to drive on the boardwalk and enter. Also the parking space is not marked. The key also didn't work on the inside to let the car out. There was a really fusty smell like drains.

Location was perfect, beach was less than a minute from the building. Key collection was easy, only a 5 minute-ish drive from the hotel. Plenty of space in the apartment - the little snug on the balcony was fab. 2 toilets - powerful and warm shower. View from the balcony was lovely. Pretty much half way between old town and the strip - good walk either way.

Beds were okay but quite hard - the sofa and snug bed were comfy. Couldn't work the AC unit out. Other than that, all good :)

location was excellent 2 mins from beach and near the old town with beautiful views. supermarket very close for all needs, it was very clean and plenty of room and storage, it had everything needed for a great stay

It was close to the beach and bars and restaurants. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good shops around.

Having to pick up the keys at another location at least a 40 minute walk away. We got a taxi. Would have liked to have met a member of staff There were very few towels.. I asked for more towels but could not get any. Had to buy some more towels. There was no hairdryer even though it was meant to be part of the facilities according to booking.com.. Had ro buy a hairdryer and tea towels. There were no sun loungers at the pool so only used it once.. Did not know about the 200 euro damage deposit . Please factor that in when booking this apartment

Just what we needed, near restaurants and beach and accommodation quite. Entry forwayclean and welcoming. Apartment sandy floors Only let down no aircon.
