El hotel es confortable y en cuanto a ubicación céntrica. Dan buenas referencias de sitios de comidas y nos permitieron dejar maletas en lo que nos entregaban la habitación.

Que no me notificaron que se tenían que dejar las llaves de la habitación para que se hiciera el servicio. Al regresar a la habitación, nos percatamos de que no se había hecho el aseo y ni rollo teniamos en el sanitario. Les comenté en recepción, y me notificaron que no se habían dejado las llaves, por lo tanto no se había hecho el aseo. Situación que nunca había tenido y al hacer el check-in no se me notificó que así era la dinámica en el hotel.

"Estadia en el hotel barroco"

Me gusto que el hotel esta localizado muy cerca del centro, lo que lo hace perfecto para caminar en la noche, ademas cuenta con estacionamiento y las habitaciones tienen cable, son comodas y grandes, es ideal para conocer el centro de puebla por un excelente precio.

No me gusto que en mi habitación habia un olor a humedad y ademas no contaba con netflix o cualquier otra plataforma.
