The hotel was an old Howard Johnson hotel. Not a Red Roof. Only a sign on the side of the building declared it was a red roof. First room had a broken air conditioner and a tv that was nothing but snow. The area looks more like a junk yard. Red Roof has got to stop putting their name on dumps. No food in area. Nothing in area.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms clean. Very quiet

The smell. As soon as we opened door to hallway I couldn't breathe. Smelled like mildew and dog. Had to use allergy meds as soon as I walked in my room every time. Said they have a pool but it wasn't open.
