CYVery well placed in Kampot, walking distance to many spots (and ability to park a bike if you hire one). Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street. Recommend you discuss with the owner about the various room options.

Rooms at the front of the hotel are impossible to sleep in because of the noise coming from the rooftop bar about 25 metres away until after 2am some nights. Ask for a room at the rear of the hotel . No windows but at least you will sleep.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Room ok but no outside windows. Bathroom good size. Close to many restaurants and riverside. Good value for 💰. Very satisfied 😃
ILWe had an awful stay here - the guesthouse is dingy, and needs an uplift. The rooms are spacious, but the bed was absolutely awful. It had THE most uncomfortable mattress - rock hard, and the pillows were pathetic. We had a room that was situated at the front of the guesthouse facing out onto the street and it was loud - into early hours of the morning. The bathroom was a wet room with oddly placed items (toilet was pretty much under the shower), we had an influx of ants too which ended up spreading to the room. Overall we wouldn’t recommend this guesthouse unfortunately.
