Personnel très serviable et disponible, grâce a qui nous avons vu un spectacle de danse Kecak incroyable ! La localisation est parfaite et le petit déjeuner était délicieux

Un peu de bruit.

Propre, bien situé, calme

Perfect location, the treatment of the people incredible as they helped us in everything, very good breakfast, hot water and perfect air conditioning, also very good views from the terrace to the garden of the property.

The shower was unhygienic because it had stones and stagnant water from which many worms came out.

Il posto è incantevole, un vero giardino con piante stupende e piscina fantastica. Posizione centrale, organizzano molte attività e buona scelta per colazione, la quale viene portata direttamente sul patio davanti alla camera. Oltretutto, ogni mattina con la colazione era sempre inclusa una bottiglia d’acqua .Abbiamo apprezzato che ci hanno cambiato la camera (con un piccolo sovrapprezzo) perché preferivamo stare davanti alla piscina. Letto comodissimo (il rumore della cascata della piscina veramente rilassante) con zanzariera comoda e funzionale.

Il bagno era molto umido e quindi si riempiva di zanzare, perché in comunicazione con l’esterno. Forse potrebbero prestare un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia (e all’ordine della cucina che è a vista per gli ospiti).

La ubicación es buena, justo en el centro de Ubud

Un alojamiento lleno de insectos (incluyo las habitaciones), las instalaciones con desgaste y la limpieza mejorable. El desayuno se sirve a partir de las 8 con lo que si sales de excursión no te vale. El primer día nos lo prepararon pero no nos gustó: fruta, un sandwich de huevo frito y una hoja de lechuga y un agua.

WATCH OUT - My friend at the very next room found a SNAKE on his bed. We all panicked. Stuff didn’t seem to care about it. That night we were all frightened to death that any of our rooms could also have a snake, since many rooms had wooden walls with holes and cracks. At an attempt to find whether there could also be something under my bed, you can see at the photos I attached, how bad maintained and dirty the room overall was. Next day I asked the manager for my money back for the remaining days, as I wanted to leave immediately. He told me he would give it to me in cash (in order to save time from doing it from within Booking), only if I left a good review. Otherwise I would show disrespect (his exact words). He also said something about Karma. Overall, he didn’t care at all about the SNAKE, but rather making sure a good review was left.
