Friendly staff. Beautiful gardens. Delicious breakfast. They let us check out later too.

I loved the room, especially how close it was to the pool, which I used each morning and night. The hosts were very sweet, even providing me with oat milk upon my request for my morning coffee! They also cleaned the room everyday, which was so nice to come back to! I'd happily stay here again.

Honestly nothing, although I thought I had selected an ordinary private room, but then I showed up and had a deluxe private room, which was reflected on my bill. I didn't notice until I left and thought they upgraded me for free because the property was quiet. I was certain I selected the lower price, and was informed by another guests that the room I wanted was under renovation, so not entirely sure what happened there.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Arana Garden si trova in una posizione centralissima a Ubud, comodissima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo sorprendentemente silenziosa: un’oasi di pace nel cuore della città. La nostra camera era bellissima, spaziosa, pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, davvero confortevole. La piscina immersa nella natura è un vero gioiello: rilassante, tranquilla e circondata dal verde, ideale per ricaricare le energie dopo una giornata di esplorazioni. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: accogliente, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Abbiamo anche noleggiato da loro una moto per fare un tour dell’isola e, senza alcun problema, hanno tenuto le nostre valigie in reception per diversi giorni. Un servizio impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Tutto fantastico, davvero consigliatissimo!

Little things like a fridge or hand towel/soap would be handy!

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la rue centrale. Le bruit reste à la porte de l'hôtel qui est très calme. Plusieurs options pour le petit-déjeuner (sucré ou salé). Il est possible de réserver des excursions à la journée directement avec l'hôte qui est très sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
