Hotel Boutique Las Campanas

Pesimo, jamas me respetaron la reserva, all llegar a hacer check in, me dijeron que nl tenian la reserva hecha, buscaron mis datos y mi numero de reserv, la cual no estaba realizada.

Excellent location. It was literally half a block away from the main sights around the Zócalo. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The bar on our floor was a nice additional perk. Great value for money.

The shower was a bit tricky regarding water temperature modulation, but we got the hang of it. The room was small, but cozy, enough space for both of us. Overall no significant hindrances.

Wasn't real impressed. The hotel is in located in a great location but reminded me more of a hostel. We had an issue the night we were there with getting in the hotel when we carried fork a night out. The door was locked and no one answered. We banged on the door, called at least 30 times, and rang the bell for 30 minutes. No one answered. We had to stand outside for 40 minutes at 2am waiting to get in. Finally the manager woke up and was very rude about it. The next day during check out, they said the sheet was stained (it was makeup) and the wanted 50 pesos. I told them they should be giving me a free night for the inconvenience of not getting in during the middle of the night. The receptionist said she would tell the manager and nothing else. I would never stay here again

Clean hotel located very close to the city centre of Tlaxcala. There's a nice bar on the roof but it's not noisy - the music is turned off around 9 p.m. Hotel offers water, coffee, tea and laundry service. TV has the access to streaming services, the internet works smoothly. Beds are comfortable and there were extra blankets available. Rooms are cleaned regularly, bathroom is ok.

Great location. Rooms and facilities are basic, but clean/sufficient. Sound proofing between rooms is poor.
