Everything. It wasnt at all clean very very bad washroom the bedhseets were stained the pillow covers too. The toilets were very shabby and brown. Overall not a clean place

My tablet computer worth $800 was stolen from bag left in the hotel room no. 301 on 18 Jan. 2024 when I left for 2 hours to Kolkata airport to reclaim my missing bag from Air India. I realised only when I was returning to Mumbai at Kolkata airport in security screening. As I had no time to go back personally, I phoned Hotel Manager who instantly refused any such incident and did not call me back, when I told him to enquire with his staff. Also the same day earlier, he had told me that his people had entered my room with their key IN MY ABSENCE, to leave 2 small bottles of water, when I had left room for 2 hours. This incident left very bad image of the hotel with me as I did not expect it for hotel booked through EXPEDIA and paid in $.

Breakfast was good . Hotel is very near to the main road and airport . Nice service and the best part is thy respond to the call and its open 24/7 . I was there for 4 nights and it was my best stay .

Breakfast was good & freshly prepared, but pls add few more items to the menu.
