"Poor presentation by receptionist, payment and invoicing process took lot of time"

"Hotel was good but the stuffs and their behaviour was totally non professiona and worst."

Staff behaviour was extremely non professional and worst who was in reception at night during our stay. We were ready to pay extra money for one extra person with us. Initially the receptionist said it's not possible for an extra mattress then again they said it's possible with a high rate of almost half the price of room rent . Then they told us to leave the property without any reason when it was 12 am at night, I doubt the receptionist was not in a normal state ,he might be high on something which was a really awkward experience. The person completely refused to tell his name when we asked . About food : one of the guys from the kitchen took orders from us and confirmed the item will be ready in a hour , after half an we got a call from the restaurant and was informed the items we ordered were not available, we ordered food from outside.
