The best aspects of this hotel are undoubtedly the excellent staff and the great location. The team were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout, and the hotel is perfectly situated near Haymarket station, making it very convenient for getting around the city.

Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. It was extremely small and felt cramped, with a design that prioritised style over substance. There was minimal space to store bags or clothes, which made even a short stay feel uncomfortable. Basic amenities were also lacking, such as complimentary tea and coffee, which you would normally expect. The air conditioning was particularly frustrating—it was difficult to control, either blowing very cold air that felt like a gale when trying to sleep, or leaving the room too warm. Overall, while the staff and location are definite strengths, the room quality significantly detracted from the experience, and I left feeling very disappointed.

Clean and not too far from the city center

Expensive and room selection on the website was not very clear.

The rooms were very modern with an interesting system for the lights etc.. Even though the room was on the smaller side, the layout was good enough for one night for two people. The bathroom also had enough space to put down clothes, tooth brush etc..

Only one bed had an electric outlet next to it. It was also quite loud when the window was open.
