Good location, clean room

Having to pay to watch any movie on the TV, only having limited time to watch it and tv volume capped so couldn’t hear well at some points.

"Service with a smile and grace."

First the hotel staff was exceptional. I want to give a thumbs up to Mint who checked me in. When I asked if I could leave one bag in the lobby and take my other two up to my room and then return to pick up my third, she asked her supervisor if it would be okay if she assisted me to my room? She took the two heavier bags and escorted me to my room. This was the only hotel that I stayed in during my 30 day Scotland visit that provided this care.

That I had to purchase my coffee in the morning using a credit card. The front reception area did not except cash.

El Hotel es relativamente nuevo y moderno. Ubicado cerca del casco antiguo de la ciudad. El personal muy amable.

La habitación en muy pequeña, no tiene armarios donde guardar la ropa, solamente unas perchas colgando de la pared. El precio es excesivo por la calidad del alojamiento.

"Bekvämt hotell med bra läge!"

Sköna sängar och bra läge för att enkelt ta sig till Haymarket station eller flygplatsen. Fanns en del mysiga fik där också.

Var inte helt genomtänkt med ”digitala” knappar för (många) lampor och AC. Min fyraåring tyckte det var väldigt spännande att trycka på knapparna, vilket var besvärligt.
