Location and breakfast and staff but it's not as clean and they can't stop or find out whose always smoking marijuana on property. They keep telling me I have to pay at the beginning of my hotel but I book for paying at the end of my hotel and I'm wondering if some is getting the money to party with it and smoke weed in our faces as clients to deter us from coming back while raising the prices of the hotels among poor maintenance and uncleaniness.

I know they are listening to my conversation about what bothers me to uwe that against me to aggravate and bully me at some hotels. Example: loud stomping, marijuana smoke, dirty rooms and more.... opposite stuff.

Every other stay was ok. The last stay on 11/6/2025 to 11/7/2025 there was marijuana smoke in the very entrance of entering the building. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there was marijuana smoke for the entire day then on day two noone smoked marijuana on my floor. Not to mention the dirt level of my personal room at check in.

The heavy smoking in the building and the lack of cleanliness in the room. I was afraid to complain at the front desk about the unclean room because i dont know whose smoking marijuana and doing drugs on the premise. I work 12 hour shifts and require quality rest that I sometimes cannot get due to uncleanliness and marijuana smoke which makes the stay bad. Staff is great so far and always has been find out whose always smoking in the building.

Breakfast was good. I liked the time frame. From 6am to 9am.

I didn't like that the room smelled like urine a little.

Location was great. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast adequate.

Staff seemed to be counting down when their shift was done. Not rude not friendly just didn’t want to be there.

Could be more attractions around hotel

The ice machine was only on the first floor, not only the other two floors

Cole it better andcarpet ripped and old. Paint bubbling and peeling in bath area. With tiles loose and could be lifted up Easley

The location was good. And receptionist was wonderful.

The toilet seat was broken in the bathroom. The bathtub would not hold water. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There were several places it was really dirty. There was an old coffee cup in the windowsill behind the curtain. Breakfast was terrible. There were no eggs no sausage. It is not really a hot breakfast.

Jacuzzi was amazing
