Quality Inn & Suites

The breakfast was adequate. I did have to inform the front desk staff that there were no napkins, no more sausage and very few scrambled eggs as I didn't see any kitchen staff to tell. This was at 8:30 in the morning. I do want to commend the front desk staff the morning we left as maintenance was being performed on the elevator and my mom, dogs and I were on the 3rd floor. My mom is 88 years old and must have oxygen. The clerk had the repairman turn the elevator back on so we could vacate the 3rd floor room and check out. I thought this was very kind.

There were no baggage carts available when we checked in which required me to make 3 trips from my vehicle to the 3rd floor room we had and walk to the end of one of the hallway. I wasn't informed there were no rooms either on the main floor or at least near an elevator prior to booking the reservation. We would not have stayed there had I known how far the room was from the elevator as my mom has a great deal of difficulty walking any distance.

The breakfast served was pretty good.

There were multiple hairs across our mattress. Drawer handle was broken and multiple requests to fix it were ignored. Screen on window was ripped open. There were parties in the parking lot underneath our window every night and the smell of illegal drugs lingered in the corridors penetrating our room through the large gap under our door. There was mold in the caulking around the bathtub. Within our stay of one week two lightbulbs broke.

I was in able to stop up the tub to take a bath. I think the beds in my room need replaced. Everyone sleeps in the same place on the bed and because of this the bed has aged and is not equally balanced on one side of each bed. It was uncomfortable while trying to sleep.

The room was clean and smelled amazing. It has an indoor swimming pool. We unfortunately didn't get to use it but it was welcoming. Parking is easy to navigate. Was safe and didn't feel sketchy! Most of the negative reviews are wrong.

Breakfast was lacking in just about everything so we had to go out which is fine but no drinks etc and no effort to put anything out. Yes the room had stains and the hallways were musty and old smelling but it's normal. Recommended course of action bleach bedding and wipe walls down. Make sure breakfast is stocked.

Bed was comfortable.

It was not clean in the bathroom. We had to change rooms because the door didn't lock.

The staff was great with my check in and also house keeping was good as well.

Check out time is 11am. Cleaning stuff knocked all the doors before 10am to be hurry on check out! Have you ever seen such a situation before?

Having more nessities for stay and cleaner too

Room was good. Staff was nice. I do wish there was sanitizer in any of the dispensers. Please note if not familiar with the area, around the hotel is industrial area not much for dining and things.
