Staff were very helpful and nice

Hotel manager Rabih was exceptional. Attentive, kind and professional. I requested a room with extra natural light, as my room on previous visit was a bit dark. Food was fabulous. We had some terrible meals when we travelled in other counties and were so grateful once we got back to Mamba Point. Pool and gym are excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Laundry service quick and easy. Taxi service available and very convenient (but organise in advance). Restaurant and terrace staff mostly great. Hit and miss on cocktails but always served with a smile. The hotel is worth the expense, great service and a little bit of luxury goes a long way!

Everything was good, staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room, flexibility to satisfy all my requests, food at the hotel restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel, the best in the country.
