Mamba Point Hotel

The hotel does an amazing job-there‘s a quiet pool in the garden, 2 restaurants and a coffe shop (!), and every afternoon cookies are left in your room…. two complimentary bottles of water per day, safe parking, super friendly and helpful reception team… highly recommended!

Hotel staff, from the managers, front desk, wait, service and housekeeping staff were all extremely accommodating and cordial. Cleanliness was maintained on a constant level, ensuring the comfort of guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

I rate this hotel 10/10 solely due to its amazing staff. Particularly one receptionist, Moses, made my stay in Liberia exceptional. I told the manager he should give Moses a big bonus, which he said he would, and I hope he meant it, because without Moses and his colleagues this hotel would not deserve a rating like this.

I was moved between three different rooms during my stay. The first room was very claustrophobic and had a window facing an inside hallway. When I complained, since I had ordered a room with a view and because this hotel is quite expensive to be in Western Africa, the manager promised me a "great room" not this night, but the following night, if I could accept a mediocre room for the night in question. I was then placed in a room where construction was ongoing next-door, and had to complain again to get the manager to stop the work so I could sleep. The next day I was moved to another mediocre, not great, room, but decided not to complain yet again, since I had had enough of moving around. The in-house restaurants are not very good, with the exception of Kaldi's Koffee which serves western-style coffees and pastries. The breakfast was ok. Several of the staff including waiters and security guards provided excellent service and even greeted me by name after only a couple of days. The staff at this hotel is truly impressive and make up for the hotel's many shortcomings at this price level.

I liked everything and how clean the hotel is,the customer service, the ambiance of the pool side and oh the sushi in the evening
