Every thing was great. Place was clean. Customer service was excellent

Great service and clean rooms. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in proving directions and making recommendations for restaurants while we were in the area. The rooms were clean and ready to go early upon our arrival. I would recommend staying here with families.

We stayed there for a big event and we paid a ton. But this is a Courtyard hotel and I would say that it doesn't jive with the brand. The person at the front desk was pretty open about preferring us not interrupting his day. The elevator is old, small and begging for mercy. Rooms not great. Hallways are gloomy.

The courtyard was nice. Enjoyed the fire pit. Liked location of the room. Staff was accommodating.

Construction going on in the area. No continental breakfast included for price of room.

Clean, nicely appointed, good coffee.

Toilet didn’t flush properly. Room phone didn’t work, and bathroom shower was pretty rusty and wall was patched

We had issues with one of our colleagues booking the wrong evening. They found a room at a sister property but suggested we check back after dinner. Before we even finished dinner, they texted us that they found a cancellation and would be able to accommodate.
