Courtyard Indianapolis Northwest

Wonderful 3-night stay. Trip was both business and pleasure. VERY comfortable room with great beds, sheets, towels, water pressure, coffee, you name it. Great staff. Location so-so.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the front desk clerk (Mr. I) who was polite, professional, and very welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. We were informed that a king bed wasn’t available, but were offered a double room instead — which we accepted. He even kindly lowered the price of our stay to reflect the change. As a Marriott member, I also received a thoughtful little care package with water and a cookie, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable. The only small hiccup was the coffee pot, which didn’t seem to work — though I’ll admit, that might’ve been operator error! 😂 Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. Overall, a pleasant and accommodating stay.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. The rate for the room was nice, however, we did have some bug (ants) issues in our room.

The contemporary feel. Affordable price.

I thought all Marriott had complimentary breakfast. This one did not but rather a cafe, which is fine but had limited grab and go items and if you ordered something it took over 20 min to get. We also had to kill several ants throughout the room.

It was good the service was excellent. The location was perfect with regards to distance from my sisters house.

The staff was wonderful! Vicky and her manager Ricky were very personable!

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable... Plus my husband is 6'4 and his feet were hanging off the bottom of the bed.
