Checked in at the The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa after a long trip over from Australia and Bre was amazing! I was pretty wrecked, but she made it quick, easy and actually enjoyable. This is such a great hotel. The location is central, easy in and out. smoke free . Good restaurant, bar and a Starbucks. Well equipped workout room too. But the best part for me is the staff!!! I arrived so late on the trip and was greeted by Bre at the front desk. She was professional, friendly and made me feel so appreciated. My long day ended with smile. See you next trip Bre !

"Best from desk and bartender ever !!!"

My colleague and were greeted by the most amazing front desk associate that I have ever had. Christine had the most incredible smile and extremely electrifying personality. I am a corporate pilot and have been with Marriott for over 25 years and I haven’t had someone so amazing in a long while. After a long international flight and having Christina check us in with her remarkable personality and professionalism absolutely made our day. She is an asset to the Westin and the Marriott family. Out of all my choices here in Las Vegas I will only come back here for all my future stays. Also we had the most amazing bartender Kellyann that had a beautiful personality and professionalism that just made us feel very welcome. I am very grateful for everyone here. Captain Tim.

"Vegas 1 night stay"

Conveniently located near the main strip but not in the middle of the crowds. Very close to the Ferris wheel and the breakfast that we had included was excellent at the in-building restaurant. Parking was convenient and affordable at 22$. The front desk was responsive to text messages and checkout was as easy as texting the word OUT once I received a message from the front desk on our final morning. Also check out at 12pm was later than other places we have stayed at.

I had technical issues connecting to the TV Google Chromecast but alternatively they did have built in apps such as Netflix and Amazon prime that you can log into to stream. They also had a large selection on cable channels to tune into. The front desk acknowledged the issue and was ready to send a technician to assess the issue but I declined and used the other TV capabilities. This could be a one off issue and is very minor.
