Montebosco Luxury Country House

Martino is an exceptional host who offers a warm welcome, local advice and is keen that you are happy. The view was fantastic and the property is beautiful. Location is away from major amenities but there are few good local restaurants within relatively short walk which is great. Car is recommended and there is plenty of parking.

Could use some extra soft seating in the lounge. This is probably a non-issue in high season but early October the temps were too low for nocturnal outdoor sitting.

We love the quiet location and space.

Just a couple of small things. Only one bedside table with lamp. Annoying not to have a light to read or table for my things. We loved to cook and limited kitchen utensils eg. vegetable peeler. Also no coffee machine.

The location worked for us because we had a car therefore easy to visit Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. The host was very obliging.

Great host, helped us with everything. Beutiful place, nice area, not to crowded great view. The house is very comfortable.

In summary; - the location is great, just 10 minutes drive from Sorrento - the property was beautifully decorated - the hosts were warm, welcoming and fast to respond to our questions - it was out honeymoon, so the hosts left us a bottle of prosecco as a gift! - the views from the terrace were beautiful
