Hair on towels, office was closed that night to let them know. Once they opened the next day that’s when the guy had a nasty attitude very rude

There is nothing I like about my stay

It was roaches in the room, the tv didn’t work,they wouldn’t give me towels or fuss the night crew was really rude they wouldn’t give me another room or half my money because there was roaches in the room, and the shower curtain was broken so I feel I should get half my money back

The price would’ve been nice, had I not been charged an extra fee for a “late checkout” mixup on their end. Also, be prepared to pay an upfront utilities charge when you check in.

The location is awful, the room itself was awful, and the staff was even worse. I booked a second week (due to this location being close to my husbands job site), and when he got there after an 8 hour drive, he was told that they no longer had rooms available, and that even with a receipt, confirmation number, and booking reservation, the rooms are first come first serve, and we will be issued a refund within 14 days.

The guest specialist was kind and helpful.

The first room had little insects flying. The second room had no towels, cereal in the bed, hair in the bed and hair in the shower and cereal behind the bathroom floor. The bed cover sheet was dirty.
