Bed was very uncomfortable {room 206} Shower let water splash on floor and room was just too small for 2 people.

"Comfy and nice if you are just looking for a good place to sleep."

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was comfy and we slept well. Free breakfast was the usual continental style items. It’s a bit of a walk to things to do in Bryson City so I would recommend driving and parking there. We would stay there again.

The only improvement would be that it was musty in our room from the air conditioning system.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Could use some hooks or something to hang towels or your clothes on.

"Humidity smell that did not go away. No elevator."

Near highway.

The property has no elevator. The 1st floor room had a humidity smell that did not go away with the AC and the bathroom fan. There is no laundry service. I am sensitive to dust and I reacted to the room.
