Sleep Inn Bryson City - Cherokee Area

Nice comfy bed, shower is very nice with good pressure and quick heat. Clean room with adequate space for clothing and armoire. Very quiet, secluded away from road traffic being up on hill. Fairly good breakfast with a number of selections.

No elevator so first floor preference mandates an extra charge per night. Sink area somewhat small outside bathroom.

The staff was excellent! The 2nd shift night manager was friendly, courteous and professional. He gave my mother and I a good overview of the town and helped us with navigating the area. The rooms and beds were clean, but the carpet needed cleaning and had some funky lookin' stains. The breakfast was good and kept well replenished. We will definitely stay again.

The room overwhelmingly smelled of cigarette smoke and was just way below par. Staff were very nice, but the hotel is less than 1 star.

The room was clean-ish but you just couldn't get last the smell. Would not recommend.
