Convenient location to the Ark Exhibit. Obvious moldy musty odor upon entering 3rd floor hallway and room. We discovered the carpet was wet for about 4 feet under the air condtioner. I mentioned it upon checkout, and was told they already knew and were going to work on all the air conditioners. So they knew, yet they still rented the room.
Hotel was clean, room was good, only drawback was the breakfast area was very small.
While staying at this hotel i love the staff's attitude, very friendly and respectful. Also we loved breakfast. It was good and you had lots of choices
The hotel has a musky smell and the beds didn’t have protective sheets on them they were ripped up and the pillow didn’t have a protected sheet on it
Other than the elevator being broken, this hotel was very nice.

Staff was very helpful and did a good job. But the build looked like could use an update, our bedroom floor was soft in a few spots and it was creaky.
The staff was very very friendly. The room was clean. The elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor. Evidently it had been broken for a couple of weeks. No discount was offered.
Room was a bit claustrophobic for 6 people and the elevator was still out of service. The whole stay was great! Great service, food, and staff!
