Hilltop Express Inn

The location was perfect for getting to Mystic and Mohegan Sun. The check-in was quick and easy. The parking availability was great as well. The rooms were clean and the heat was functioning well. I appreciated the fridge in the room.

My first issue was how thin the walls are. If you're a light sleeper, this place is not ideal because you can hear everything from below and the rooms next to you. The beds are comfortable BUT they do have a plastic liner and it sounds like you're sleeping on a plastic bag and turning is annoying because of the sound of plastic crinkling.

I loved the room we stayed in, top floor - corner end room☺️

AC worked great, staff was friendly, shower stayed hot for ages, prices were great

the hallways smelled like weed
