Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note that cancellations must pay the first-night's complete charge plus the additional 22% VAT tax (based on local tax laws) if penalty applies. In case of early departure or modification, the cost of 1 night + 10% VAT will be charged. Please note that half board meals (lunch or dinner) include a buffet meal only (beverages signify a surcharge). Please note that extra bedding accommodations do not include half board services. Plese note that drinks and beverages brought from outside of complex, including delivery are prohibited. Upon check-in, a 100% charge of the reserved stay will be processed, and we kindly request a VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card for authorization of an incidental hold. This is to cover any possible additional charges, undisclosed expenses, potential damages to the property or its facilities, as well as any extraordinary cleaning services that may be necessary. The hold will be released upon check-out in accordance with the policies of your respective card issuer, ensuring a seamless and efficient departure process. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.
