En complément de mon commentaire du précédent séjour, le personnel et l’emplacement de l’hôtel sont top ; les activités proposées très sympas et il y a des machines à laver !

L’insonorisation des chambres vis à vis de la rue et des autres chambres, nous avons eu des voisins qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit sur la dernière nuit ( des bruits sourds de pas et de déplacement tard le soir et tôt le matin 5h)

You get so much for your money. Superb breakfast, desserts and drinks pm (matcha ice cream among others and make your own matcha drink) and then early evening drinks and tasty local snacks, which can also be taken in the sister hotel. Monthly activity included. This month was making your own fan. All included in the room rate. Good washing facilities. Excellent service across the board. Beautifully designed entrance and rooms. Very near the station. Based on value for money one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Genuine hospitality anchored in a Kyoto/Japan vibe.

The fact that I did not choose their branch in Tokyo where I am now. ☹️

"un très bel hotel pour un séjour relax et de visite à Kyoto"

La localisation proche de la gare est top car Kyoto n'est pas super bien desservie comme Tokyo au niveau métro ; les trajets prennent du temps en bus et les gros bagages y sont interdits; la gentillesse du personnel et l'hôtel est joli ; les chambres sont spacieuses et agencées diffèremment selon votre réservation ( soit mode japonaise soit plus occidental - nous avons testé les 2 ) , la douche est très sympa car bien grande et les WC sont séparés. Des animations gratuites sont proposées par l'hôtel

les chambres donnant sur la grande route sont forcément un peu bruyantes ( il y a un hôpital juste en face)
