Lovely and helpful staff. They tried to answer to all our requests. 5-min flat walk to-from Kyoto Station from where you can reach all touristic spots of city, and Osaka if you wish, by public transportation. Easy check-in-check-out.

Relatively small breakfast room. It can cause problems when the hotel is crowded. We wanted to stay 2 more nights after our original 4-night breakfast included stay. The hotel denied our breakfast included extension and could only offer breakfast not included, because there was gonna be a 90-people-group arriving next morning. It is hard to find western style breakfast places close to hotel.

Os mimos q podemos usar para banho e skin care

Máquina de lavar e secar roupa que demora duas horas e não seca. E o serviço de envio de bagagem para outro hotel tem que ser feito pelo próprio hóspede. Pelo preço pago, deviam no mínimo facilitar a vida do hóspede. Mas nem inglês direito o atendente falava. Muito difícil a comunicação para o nível do hotel.

Fantastic staff and service. Great easy location. Comfy beds and washing machines a bonus. Just everything really. They even did free drinks and ice creams in the lounge on the first floor each night for our room type. Really wonderful
