Our specific room had a water leak so the floor was soaked in part of the room. The bed was so comfy, spacious room, very friendly staff, and couldn’t charge the Tesla rental we had. Overall pleasant experience!

"Charged the wrong price at hotel."

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. The price was set for two nights and pay at the property. I was charged way more for each night and the hotel will not correct the charges. This is very frustrating and costly. I love Hotels.com but pay attention when you pay at property.

"Terrible interior design. Elevator broken all week"

Some genius put the beds directly under the air conditioner which means you freeze your butt off all night and wake up with a sore throat. You can’t turn the Ac off because the room quickly gets too warm. There are two elevators in the lobby. One has been broken all week. No sign of getting repaired. Just an out of order sign on the broken one. Oh. And ants in the room. On the third floor. Nice. Glad I’m only here for one week.

Pros: The hotel stay was wonderful, and it was very quiet. The balcony view was excellent, and even though the hotel is right next to IH-10, we were not bothered by the road noise. We could not even hear it. Cons: The balcony door did not have a lock.
