Everything was fantastic

The noise from neighbour shower at 12 am sound like a mixer was on next to my year, it wake us up. Also i last my babies drink bottle, left at the reciption whrn booking couldnt get it back, there was no lost property.

Nothing specific but everything is decent

size of room and location

Could not get television to work properly, staff tried to fix but could not fix on weekend. When we arrived the car park lift was broken. When we called reception did not offer to send porter to help. Ancient boomers had to drag bags up ramp.

Location is really good

Bathrooms are very old. Room is too small and very old looking. Very dated .. The picture on the wall was one of the ugliest paintings I have seen in my life.

We had a great experience at crown plaza. The staff at red salt were especially attentive when we dined there for both breakfast and dinner. A special thanks to Harjit who assisted us with coeliac meals and a fussy eating 8 year old. Highly recommend.

It's a fairly central location close to the convention centre. It is a short10 min walk to the shopping area.

It is an old hotel and tired. It's been patched up but is fairly clean. The gym is small and old, as is the pool. The buffet was pretty average for $40 and not really worth it. Personally I think the hotel is overpriced and you can get much better places for the price nearby.
