No slippers or robes in rooms, had to ask for toothbrush and toothpaste to be bought up. A hotel should have these things there already. Had beer bottles in the minibar but no bottle opener? Requested a week prior for a room with a view but request wasn’t fulfilled or even acknowledged during check in.

I didn't go this year but last year. It's was good from the arrival to the departure plus the breakfast and amenities. Very centrally located.

The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. It is an excellent location.

I asked for a city view and we had a room on the 3rd floor with a large tree in front of the window.

Spent 3 nights here as a family of 3 and found it to be a comfortable and practical base for exploring Canberra. Enjoyed its good location within walking distance to shopping and dining at Canberra Centre. An on-site basement car park is available at an AUD 35 per day rate. We were greeted by a bright atrium-style lobby during check-in and waiting. The room was spacious and well laid out, with two comfortable beds. Had an enjoyable view from the room, especially during sunset. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, with a good spread that covered the essentials well for our stay. In-room dining was a good, convenient option after a long day out on our last day, when we returned early to pack. Overall, a reliable choice in Canberra, especially for families or those driving, as long as you’re comfortable with slightly older interiors and a more standard (rather than premium) dining experience.
