Novotel Queenstown Lakeside

That it was of close proximity to the town centre and most places were within walking distance.

The room was small for the price, we had also mentioned that it was our honeymoon and in all honesty we were expecting the room to be decorated throughout but all we received was a plate with a few small desserts on it and a card. Although the gesture was nice, it didn’t make it feel like a honeymoon.

Location was very good

The room given was overlooking other rooms therefore always had to keep curtains pulled

设施稍微有点陈旧了，但胜在地理位置好。

Convenient location!

Between being in and out for the afternoon we arrived back for the night to find issues with the toilet, we let them know and they sent an Concierge up to look ( wouldn’t of been able to fix anyway) in the meantime it stopped doing what it was doing. We then waited and waited for an outcome as they were going back to the duty manager. Still to this day the morning (Tuesday) after checkout (checked out Monday) I am still waiting to hear from anyone. Service is poor

For the price I think they could update the room a bit. Starting with a new shower curtain!
