여행 플렛폼(Booking.com)으로 예약을 했는데, 숙박비 tax invoice 발급을 못 받았음. 양 측이 서로 발급을 미루어서 못 받고 왔음. 이유야 어찌 되었던, 투숙객에 불편을 줌.

We booked for four people to stay, but we’re only given 3 towels, 2 robes & 2 coffee cups. Heating issues but we’re supplies a small heater
