Location, and the room was fine.

The bathrooms were very dated I loath shower curtains and climbing into a bath to shower is difficult The pillows were to large to sleep on comfortably

The location of this property is unbeatable, with excellent views and within easy walking distance to all you could want within the city. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable enough, and clean, but the property is very dated. Think tub/shower curtain, a single tiny sink, carpet from the 80s, slow elevators, etc. We would probably stay here agin for the location which, as I said, was unbeatable, but the property itself is just quite tired.

Beautiful breakfast. Spoiled with choices. Professional and friendly staff. Superb cuisine and chefs. Perfect location, centre of town, located on ground floor. Great for people-watching!

Staff were exceptional, location was perfect for restaurants, tours and shopping facilities.

Shower over the bath is very old fashioned, outdated. Balcony room didn’t have much of a view {the footpath}

Staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. I mainly delt with reception staff and Three Sixty staff. No complaints at all. Very professional. I also really liked the no room service options and reward incentive. Great idea. The water jug in fridge was also great.

I was suprised at no microwave options in the room. A little disapointed in this. Also that there was no cuttlery. I ended up purchasing my own sugar and coffee as the suplies in the room were so minimal. And yes I know these could have been topped up daily but I did not see the point in having room service just for this. I also hated how easily the beds moved. I cant tell you how many times I pushed it back into position. These are small things and would not stop me staying there again.
