"Convenient"

Small room for family of four BUT the double beds were perfect size and also the breakfast was fantastic. My kids loved it. It IS very close to the train station (8-10 minute walk) and so we took the train a lot to go downtown and back may times, even few times a day. Close to grocery and restaurants.

It isn't Holiday Inn anymore. It's a Crown Plaza. Made finding the place confusing. Apart from that the hotel was fine.

Contact the property pre arrival to get transfers from airport. Not response. Decided to get rental car, drove around the hotel 3 times trying to find it. Rebranded to Crowne Plaza. No advise, didn't care and blamed marketing. Poor comm's
