Villa Dragić

Very nice house, very nice views, good pool, great sitting areas outside for dinner. Calm place. Still, there was a little supermarket just 300m from the house. We loved our stay!

Wish we had stayed for a longer time!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Dragic und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Tea, die Besitzerin, war gut erreichbar und Anliegen wurden umgehend geklärt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und der Grillplatz haben uns wieder besonders gefallen.

Very well presented property nestled in the hills surrounded by olive Grove. Tea was present at the check-in and was very helpful in providing the information needed to settle in. The local walnut wine and local delicacy of sugar coated orange peels was a big hit. The property is not overlooked and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is very clean and the photographs reflect the real nature of the property. There is a local supermarket 250 m away which is very handy when it comes to stocking up, please note the shops are not open on Sunday therefore if you’re arriving late on Saturday night you will have to do your shopping before 9 pm when the shops close alternatively there is a supermarket open 13 km away (Tea provided us with the location of the studenac market). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property to other travellers.

The location of the property is in the middle of nature, therefore they can be a few wasps that can trouble you. Unfortunately, I got bitten by one during our day which necessitated a visit to the local pharmacy to get antihistamine. There’s nothing the hosts can do about it but take precautions and use an insect repellent spray when required..

Udogodnienia w postaci basenu, siłowni. Duża przestrzeń. I dostęp do altanki z grillem, spędziliśmy tam chyba najwięcej czasu.

La localisation Les extérieurs La vue Nos hôtes : Thea et sa famille

2 chambres sans climatisation Machine à laver en panne MAIS ces problèmes ont été pris en charge très rapidement par Thea et sa famille. 2 ventilateurs ont été mis à notre disposition pour les 2 chambres et la machine a été réparée.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ruhig und der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Außenküche ist ein Traum. Auch der Kühlschrank im Außenbereich ist super. Immer kalte Getränke vorhanden. Alles war sehr Sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war perfekt. Dieser wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt sowie auch der Grillbereich. 👍 Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem Haus. Die Vermietung war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit Köstlichkeiten aus eigenem Anbau herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Das Olivenöl war super lecker. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr per WhatsApp melden wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gab schöne Tipps zum Thema Strände, Essen und Unternehmungen. Von der Terrasse kann man weit ins Tal schauen bis zum Flughafen. Was wir allerdings sehr interessant fanden. Ein Auto vor Ort ist empfehlenswert. Zum Abschied haben wir noch ein Geschenk aus verschiedenen Leckereien mitbekommen. Noch mal ganz lieben Dank dafür.

In der Küche könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein und vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine. Aber das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

The photos don’t do this Villa Justice. I was away with my mates to celebrate my 60th birthday and this Villa had everything 5 older ‘lads’ needed. It’s a good idea to hire a car although our host Tea did arrange a good local Taxi as our flight was late in the evening. The Villa also had everything including a large clean pool, separate under cover BBQ area with its own fridge freezer and sink with a large table and 8 chairs. The whole place exceeded expectations which is quite rare today. On the subject of our host, Tea was brilliant. She met us at 10.30pm to let us in and give us the keys and arranged some local wine for us and answered almost daily questions about recommended restaurants and places to visit. Honestly nothing was too much trouble 😊. Thank you Tea Hope to stay at your lovely Villa again one day with the family next time 😊👍

Honestly can’t think of anything negative to say.

BBQ area and lovely pool / outside area. Comfortable rooms all round. Great local recommendations for food and days out.

Going home

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our hosts made us very welcome and called in on our day of arrival and departure. The villa is in a convenient location with a well stocked local shop just 5 minutes walk away next to a welcoming and reasonably priced cafe/bar. We particularly liked the harbour town of Cavtat which had some lovely restaurants and we took a boat trip to Dubrovnik. Thanks for a great stay

This villa is beautiful the pictures do not do the views justice. Set in a quiet little village with a nearby a supermarket a car is a must. We went with our teenage children and had a wonderful time. The host is amazing so considerate, given us helpful tips and leaving local treats for when we arrived. Can highly recommend.
