Had a buffet dinner was lovely

To start we were in the very last room which wasn't the problem , the bathroom was dirty i have sent a email to booking .com explaining everything , the rooms are so over due for a re vamp , broken doors , , chipped and swollen wooden doors dirty grout I could go on

The breakfast is excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would like to see more locals employed.

The bowels of the croc (his plumbing) is getting a bit smelly. I’m not sure what can be done to remediate this.

Friendly staff, good location in Jabiru for tourist attractions, especially Kakadu Air. A must is a scenic flight over Kakadu.

Hotel is looking aged and our room was right down the back in the tail. As a result, these rooms had the noisy air conditioner units for the hotel above our rooms running 24 hours. To be fair the management did offer to relocate us but it was still within the tail end.

The restaurant, food and service was excellent. Likewise the amount of Indigenous artworks on display throughout the common areas. The pool was a welcome retreat in the heat.

The garden and surrounding external areas appeared unkempt and neglected. Security appears to be an issue with a huge chain and lock on the interior of our sliding glass room door, along with a note advising not to unlock. The need for this became apparent when an itinerant woman, seemingly intoxicated, kept banging on our sliding door. Vehicles are not parked in a secure area, nor is there a secure perimeter fence. This did not create a feeling of safety or security.

It was lovely for such a remote hotel.

The take away food from the restaurant wasn't great and the restaurant food was very expensive. Food options were very limited.

Beautiful spacious room with very comfortable bed.

Unclear process for ordering room service and access to restaurant menus.

Location good in regards to Kakadu.

The location suited our needs. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel is in need of renovation as it is very tired looking. The restaurant food was just average, tables were not cleared of dirty dishes at breakfast. One male staff restaurant member in particular just ignored me whilst I waited to be served.. in the end I just walked away. TV in our room had no clear signal. Only one working washing machine and dryer.
