From the Valet to check-in, the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and the temperature of the room was perfect. Great experience.

The hotel room itself was nice, just cleaning overlooked things. Obviously dusty and someone else's leftovers were still in fridge from previous guest. Valet attendant Manny was incredibly attentive, fast and very chatty, great addition to your staff

Manny was the hardest working valet. He was so sweet and caring. He took care of our stuff and our cars. If you need good help, just ask manny.

We had a horrible stay - the hotel apparently had a wedding and they couldn't manage both the wedding and the hotel guests. Regardless, our only great experience was Manny, the valet at the front. He was so kind, attentive, and made up for our bad experience. Look him up if you stay there!!

They have a very friendly staff and the bartender at the bar was top notch.

I liked the location but the front desk staff was rude for each interaction I had with them. They neglected to give me the breakfast vouchers that were included in my stay and then acted like it was my fault somehow. The room also smelled, I told them and they came in and sprayed the carpet and then I noticed a large brown stain on the carpet. If the carpet smells that badly and is stained they should get the carpet cleaned instead of trying to cover up the smell. The also don't have apps on the TV for you to sign into, just cable to watch.

I used the valet service and did not move the car. When I went to leave it had a half a tank of gas and 120 miles on it… unacceptable… They did remove the valet charges but not enough..

The service at the hotel was top notch. We have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton before, and the staff at this hotel was at that level of service! Kaylynn welcomed us at the front desk and when we said there was a problem with the blinds not closing all the way, she immediately had someone come by to fix it. Sara was very personable at the bar, and the flatbread and Caesar salad were unexpectedly good. In the morning, Tee served us well for breakfast, she was really nice and, once again, the food was good! My wife and I had the two egg dish with sausage, as well as pancakes and bacon. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable.
