Shout out to Scott the night auditor!!! My flight got cancelled and rebooked for the next morning. my family who was already in Sacramento waiting for me to check in, almost had nowhere to go tonight. I am a manger in hospitality, and the willingness to provide excellent customer service late night, is a gem for the company. Good customer service always deserves to be recognized!
