Hyatt Place Mystic

We had a king room which was spacious and clean. There was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was better than expected. The parking is free and safe. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions.

We wanted a quick getaway with our 6 month old. The hotel is very close to Mystic Aquarium and the Mystic Seaport Museum. The hotel accommodated everything and the rooms were very clean!

I arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm unfortunately I was told I had to wait until 4pm for check in. This not the case when I travel around the country except for locations such as Las Vegas. The hotel and rooms were very clean although the refrigerator was leaking water and the caulking around he shower door had mildew and needed attention. Closet space is minimal and can be an issue if traveling for a wedding or your a couple traveling. Breakfast is standard nothing exciting. There many hotels in the arra as well as restaurants so it is convenient location.

The staff were super helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent!

The location was very nice with the attractions nearby

The pool was outside and not heated so it was a bummer for the kids.
