Kinda run down. Nowhere to plug phone in near bed.

staff referred me to a good pizza/burger place one block away as I arrived late.

The room was big and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good with a better than expected variety. The staff went above and beyond. Despite all that i wouldn't recommend staying here. The room is hot, the ac dose not cool enough. There is no microwave in the room and the layout of the room is poorly designed. I didnt sleep well because I was so hot.

I had a very frustrating experience at this property that fell well below expectations, especially as a Hyatt Globalist member. I was traveling with a service animal and encountered multiple issues with staff who clearly did not understand ADA requirements. My service animal was repeatedly referred to as a “pet,” and I was initially denied appropriate room placement because of her presence. This should never happen at any hotel, let alone a major brand. What made the situation worse was that I had to spend time educating both hotel staff and a customer service representative on basic ADA compliance before the issue was eventually resolved. While my benefits were ultimately honored, it required unnecessary escalation and effort on my part. This experience reflected a lack of training, poor communication, and inconsistent application of both legal requirements and loyalty program benefits. I would strongly encourage management to improve staff education and ensure guests with service animals are treated appropriately and respectfully.
