"Very Good"

The dinner we ordered at the bar was not worth it. We asked for Parmesan fries and that was not it… condiment packet was at the bottom of a pile of fries and the cheese was dumped on top of fries microwaved. Chicken wings were also just microwaved.

Overall it was a great experience it was nice it was clean the staff was very friendly had very good food

I don't like having animals run free I'm scared of dogs people didn't have them on leashes and they really need to be on one floor versus all over the building I was afraid every time I had to go out of my room to the elevator of coming in contact with someone's animal and they were very not mindful of me being afraid of animals

"Disappointed in how dirty this location was."

This location was very dirty and disappointing for the Hyatt name. We were given three different rooms due to major stains and being dirty, and even the 3rd room had a backed up tub drain and fire detector that wasn't plugged in (it was hardwired but was not connected nor had batteries). Huge stains on couches, mattresses, and linens, the one comforter and all three rooms wreaked of dirty dog, in addition to pee stains on that comforter and mattress. High touch areas like the light switches by the beds had tons of fingerprints. It smelled and felt gross with all the dirty things going on. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate.

I had a great time here. I went to a hotel up the street and immediately returned here because the staff was friendly and it was clean.
