I was very impressed by this hotel. It was better than I expected. Nice and clean. No funky smells etc. Breakfast was good, with a good amount of choices. We didn’t swim.

I don’t usually write reviews but for the first time I had the worst experience with the staff who is not friendly but rude when I said the keys did not work for 3 times and they said there is a latch issue but did not care but getting upset they were busy and I was bothering her.

"Good location for our event but won’t stay here again"

The front desk guy accommodated our early checkout and allowed us an early breakfast.

Phone in room didn’t work Pool area was SO LOUD and no hot tub. Toilet didn’t flush and took 3 phone calls from our personal phones and 1 front desk visit to have someone bring us a plunger.
