"The room was good but the service isn’t the best. I would’ve expected better service from Hyatt."

The room was in good shape, clean and bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible they don’t offer turkey bacon or turkey sausage. The French toast was over cooked. They had a waffle maker but didn’t offer the waffle batter. I’ve also got charge twice for security deposit.

Terry from the breakfast bar was so amazing. My daughter doesn’t speak much because she’s shy by Terry came up to her and took her to get more food and my baby ended up hugging her. She went above the call of duty and treated us kindly and made us feel welcomed! Thanks Terry you truly are an angel!
