Clean, nice, convenient hotel in good location just off freeway, large rooms, comfortable beds with restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.

Rooms were great for relaxing after a day of work. Hot breakfast was nicer than typical continental options. Bed was a little harder and pillows were a bit thinner than my preference, but it was comfortable enough.

Room is spacious

Spending $300 on this place was a terrible decision. As we tried to enter the elevator, kids almost knocked my wife over while splitting between us. There was plenty of space behind us to go around, but no one in customer service cared about the situation. They quickly dismissed our complaint and allowed the kids (aged 10-14) to treat the lobby like a playground. To make matters worse, the elevator takes an eternity to come down, and the air conditioning in the room at 60 degrees consistently runs and right in front of my bed doesn’t cool off area.

The bugs coming out of the ac unit. Sheets were dirty. Bed was hard. Staff wasn’t pleasant. They also charged us again when we arrived.
