Bed was good. Nice bathroom/shower.

The sofa was awful. Saggy and worn out. I wouldn't have paid for a suite if there wasn't going to be a confortable sitting area. For that price, it should have been better.

Short stay with great experience. Comfortable bedding. Hotel is clean from the moment you enter lobby to assigned room. Staff at the desk were helpful.

I wasn't bothered by the location or layout of this Hyatt, and I didn't mind that they use powdered eggs in for their breakfasts. What bothered me is an employee came into my room, stole my airpod pros, left with them, and didn't return them until their GM called and told them to. When I got a call from Jennifer, she offered to send me my stolen earbuds back and I do not want that at all. Why did Jennifer's story change 3 times when she tried to explain what happened to my property that was TAKEN from my room? Why would I want earbuds that someone else has likely put in their ears back in my posession? How difficult is it to be accountable for your thief employees? Do not stay at this hotel, the management are cowards that defend theivery and will make no effort to make a simple call back. The girls working the front desk mentioned to me that someone else had a firearm stolen from their room and this seems to follow a trend. disgusting non-actions from a GM that clearly has no idea how manage a phone call back to a guest that was stolen from.

My daughter got married last weekend and this was the hotel we used for her wedding block. They provided an excellent rate for all of our guests, and went above and beyond on customer service!! The hotel rooms were comfortable and several guests mentioned how clean they were. On top of that, they set aside a meeting room for us, and set it up with games and snacks for all the wedding block guests to have a place to relax and spend time together. They also had some special wedding cocktails at the hotel bar, and they were a big hit! Special shout outs to Michelle and Sara who set up the wedding block for us, and were so welcoming and helpful to our guests!! Manager Robert also personally greeted and helped many of our family members. We cannot say enough good things about the positive experience our family and friends had staying in this hotel for the wedding weekend.
