They are not willing to work with you when delays arise they also don’t have a shuttle to the airport at times when delayed flights arrive

At first the price and parking, however after getting to the location I was quickly disappointed.

The parking was a problem, on top of the fact that I had to pay an additional $12 a day just to park. The staff was stressed and seemed clueless. The rooms were not very clean and the furniture was old, the bed was very uncomfortable. And accessing the rear doors after 10pm was imposible. We had to walk all the way around the building, in the dark, with minimal light, just to regain access. I do not recommend this facility or their partner locations.

Hidden PAID parking fee, once someone checks in, parking should be free. Very bright external lights for facade lighting, Had to rig up a window cover to be able to sleep

Place is great and food at the hotel was excellent for bar food. Beds were amazing. Staff was lovely.

I was double charged for my booking but Marquita at the front desk took care of it the moment I called. She was awesome. Thank you Marquita. You rock.
